Accurate Measurements: Proficiently read and utilize a tape measure for precise measurements and layout.

Code Knowledge: Possess a basic understanding of the International Residential Code (IRC) to ensure compliance with construction standards.
Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel daily to assigned cities throughout the state of Alabama to support various project sites.
